Clients who loved our work usually will recommend their friends and relatives to cover their weddings. We have one couple who asked us to travel all the way from Ipoh to Kuala Kangar for the their wedding. The bride's sister highly recommended us and the couple trusted her so much that they didn't even need to see our portfolio which we usually do. The day came and it was a busy day for everyone running about doing their stuffs and I casually waked over to the bride's room after saying hi to the people inside her house. The bride looked so radiant! Of course they do, as always. We did our job as usual and after the necessary shots were taken, we found that we had time, we ventured outdoors to take pictures around the Istana Iskandariah and the famous Masjid Ubudiah in Bukit Chandan. We went to several other places as well and truly enjoyed ourselves.  Here's some pics from their wedding:    

One of the days that most of us are looking for every year for lovers and families. Then again, the question of choices will come. ie: To spend a day with your loved one or to spend the day with your family? Anyway, whatever the choices are, it's time to celebrate! During any actual day wedding, what we noticed is that many brides and groom usually don't have enough sleep and wake up with a hangover feel. There are many ways to go about this matter when the going gets tough: Suggested items to keep fresh would be: 1) Brands Essence of Chicken 2) Livita /  Red Bull 3) Vitamin pills....(lots of it) What we would really recommend is a good night's sleep..ZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Sometimes we get clients who loved our work so much that they actually booked our services almost 1 year ahead before their wedding. Azneen and Halim is one of them. They are a fun loving couple who are sooooo in love with each other. Small gestures like a wink, a stare into each other's eyes and all their body language tells us they are very comfortable with each other. Time flies so fast and we are now in 2010. And to think that just 10 years ago we celebrated the new millenium and of course, the fear of the Y2K bug. I was looking through what we have done recently and saw this gem and is sharing it here. The wedding picture taken in Sitiawan recently just reminded me something very important! CHINESE NEW YEAR is just round the corner! Cheers everyone!

One of the places to go to for an outdoor shoot in Kuala Kangsar would be the riverfront in front of the Royal Perak Palace. We have done these many times and everytime it's a different feeling because of the changing weather with every wedding photoshoot at different times and also affected by the different times of the years as well. During the sunset period would be the best time to capture the elements and the ambience in it's full glory as the sample below:

Sometimes clients can come from halfway round the world. This couple is one of them as they came from England to get us to cover their wedding photoshoot. We as the Ipoh photographers felt very honoured to have them as clients. They even ordered 3 wedding albums as well!
