Welcoming a Happy 2009!

With 2008 behind us, the resolutions for the year 2009, err......(Did not really think of it yet! Been really busy.)

Anyway, one of the items in mind would be to share more news and stories about the people that we photograph.

We still have quite a reasonable number of clients for the year 2008 though we have kept such a low profile all these while.

As we tried to clear some items from our HDD which seems to be full all the time, we came across 1 item which mentioned us in the newspaper. We are posting this to share..... Perhaps this year we will strive to be higher profiled on our activities.

Every culture's wedding ceremonies is unique already with their own customs and traditions. For example an Indian wedding will have many similarities across all the Indian traditions and yet it's their sub-culture's customs which makes them stand out individually, thus we are able to differentiate which sub-culture they belong to. The milk bathing ceremony is practiced by Ceylonese Indians, they are from Sri Lanka, formerly known as Ceylon, an island just at the south of India. It takes place very early at home of the groom before they just before they start the journey to the temple proper to perform the wedding ceremony. Blessings from elders are a must to ensure good fortunes and well being of the groom. We at Jet Fynn Photography have done plenty of these. Graduation Photography with a Difference! For Ipoh and other areas as well.

Sometimes we get enquiries from many clients asking us whether we do something different from what the usual studios are offering. We actually do a lot more than the common "walk in, smile, click!, thank you!" We take time to actually know you a little, ask you what type of response you like to have from people looking at your graduation photos. Some would like to have grand looking graduation pictures / portraits, some may want to show that "sense of achievement", some would like to be proud of themselves and some would ask for something really out of the ordinary. (That we always do....hehehehe.) Hence, our graduation pictures have many of our clients recommending their juniors and other friends to check us out. We may not post much here, just drop by and tell us what you want and we will take it from there. Wedding Ring

In many cultures, in fact in most of the weddings that we took, rings plays a very important part in what most people will call, "Sealing of marriage vows" It's true. Be it a Chinese wedding, Indian wedding, Malay wedding or even amongst other cultures ie: Western / Christian weddings.
